Return and Refund Policy

At Stoneleigh Coffee, we take pride in providing high-quality coffee products, freshly packaged and carefully handled. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened coffee packages. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.

Returns and Refunds Eligibility

– If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days
of receiving your order.
– Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable) to help us process
your request quickly.

Refund Process

– If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement
product, depending on your preference and item availability.
– Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

– Opened or used coffee products
– Gift cards
– Sale or promotional items (unless damaged)
