Stoneleigh Coffee’s Website offers delivery within Jamaica only at this time. Additional locations coming soon – for international orders please email sales@stoneleighcoffeeroasters.com. We roast and package your order with care to ensure it arrives fresh and on time.
Processing Time
– Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
– You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Options and Rates
– We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
– Free standard shipping is available on orders over [JMD$15,000].
– Delivery times vary by destination:
– Kingston: 2-5 business days
– Out of Town: 7-10 business days
Delivery Delays
Stoneleigh Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or courier services. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
